Haddonfield Lions Club - Peace Poster Contest Winners

The Haddonfield Lions Club is pleased to announce that six posters created by students at Christ the King Regional School were selected as local winners in the annual Peace Poster Contest sponsored by Lions Club International.
All entries advance through several levels of judging -- local, district, multiple district and, finally, international. At the international level, judges from the art, peace, youth, education and media communities select one grand prize winner and 23 merit award winners. An online gallery, showing 21 of the finalists from the 2008-2009 Peace Poster contest, can be viewed on the LCI site.
The local contest winners and runners-up, together with their families and their art teacher, Jill Palacki, will be recognized at the Haddonfield Lions Club meeting on Thursday, March 4.
