Avalon Lions Club held Annual Charter Night

On Thursday, November 20 the Avalon Lions Club held its annual Charter Night meeting at the Windrift in Avalon.
The first picture shows Lion Treasurer, Sam Beddia, Lion, and Helen L. Diller Home for Blind Children Board Member, John McKelvy, Lion, and Helen L. Diller Home for Blind Children Board Member, Chuck Covington and Head Lion Terry Strobaugh. The Avalon Lions are presenting a check in the amount of $30,000 to the Diller Home.
 In the second picture is Head Lion Terry Strobaugh, Lion Sam Beddia, Lion Joe Tipping, Lion Muriel Smith, Lion Ed Brennan, Lion John Molnar and Visiting Lion James Heisler who is Zone Chairman of Region 4 in District 16C and a member of the Hammonton Lions Club. Lion Heisler and Lion Smith presented the Melvin Jones Outstanding Lions award to Sam Beddia, Joe Tipping, Ed Brennan and John Molnar.
